Nazareth Enterprises has always viewed the opportunity to build and/or redevelop property as an opportunity to indelibly improve the quality of its occupants’ work or home life. We regard this as more art than science, more communal than singular. Beginning with the positive economic impact on the local community, a Nazareth property remains as a symbol of quality workmanship, done the right way, for a lasting and pleasurable result – value.
One such example was the redevelopment of the single-largest assisted-living facility in Santa Cruz. Just before acquisition, the facility had been decertified and was in the process of being shut down. The Nazareth team stepped in, made significant capital expenditures and improvements, and over the course of one year, saved the facility from decertification and imminent closure, turning it into a profitable, respected care facility.
Be a yardstick of quality. Some people aren’t used to an environment where excellence is expected.
